Physical Therapist

The full time Physical Therapist will work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, treating a wide variety of patients in an excellent outpatient orthopedic setting. A condensed work schedule of 4 – 10 hour work days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) is possible.


This position is for full time hours, although a quality candidate seeking part time hours will be considered. We are currently not hiring for this position.

Requirements

  • Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a PT strip
  • PTs with interest and experience in manual therapy are preferred
  • Dry Needling certification or interest in becoming DN certified preferred
  • Medical specialty in physical & rehabilitation medicine


Physical Therapy Aide

As a Therapy Aide, you will support healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and enhancing the recovery process. Reporting to the therapy team, your role involves assisting with care plans, providing patient service, and utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Join us in making a positive impact on patients’ lives through dedicated support and compassionate care.


The part-time Physical Therapy Aide will work a schedule Wednesday and Thursday, assisting in treating a wide variety of patients in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting. A condensed work schedule at 6 hours per day for a total of 12 hours. No weekends / No holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is available for therapy sessions.
  • Help patients with exercises and activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and home exercises to enhance recovery.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment in the clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.


Qualifications

  • Strong patient service and care skills.
  • Knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
  • Undergraduate bachelor’s/associate degree from exercise related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferably experienced in health care delivery setting.
  • CPR certified
